Although CLT is very gassy (80% nat gas), it has risen a lot lately. However the Enterprise value is 2,4 Billion currently (convertible included) and it trades 24 times its funds from operations ...more

about 25% of the share capitalization (~25 million shares) was reported short a month ago. Perhaps the shorts are getting nervous?
