Doing a bit of research, IMO if Lazar gets custodianship of ETNI he will simply issue himself around 120 Million of common shares @ .0001 par value, cost him $12,000 to get 70 % ownership.He also ...more

April 18/22 we will find out if Lazar get custody of Entest

Lazar will probably reverse split , i.e 10 to1 to result in approx 5 M shares outstanding, and then sell the shell.I have waited this long,might as well wait and see what happens.Who knows,if a real ...more
