If nothing else (Mercer withdraws offer), the current board should issue a special dividend (one that does not require shareholder approval) to shareholders before the Resolute offer expires

Mercer Stock continues to drop
Looks like the hedgers are shorting their soon to be deliverd Mercer shares in advance of the takeover. I just hope ABH steps up with a $1.45 cash offer. I will then consider tendering to ABH.
