First of all neither one trade very much if at all. Second, HRP is in Canadian$ and HRTPY is in US$.  Thirdly, since they trade so seldom, the spread between bid and ask can be as much as 20 or ...more

The company does not change anything. They only change the name but the company is the same HRT as it ever was. Next monday, 29th jun, an old HRTP3 will be PRIO3 and HRTPY will be PRJ
