Shorts started covering here .. with Canada and Saudi Spat the pipeline has to built. Canada still imports some oil from Saudi .. TM has become a stratagic project ..

Here a simple explanations 1.6b market cap..The share of TM given the 30% ownerships is 1.30billion cash. This is around 85% cash on hand.. Chances is a strategic move by the government to buyKML ...more
