the breakup and severance fees would reduce the eventual payout but not bring it down to zero.  otherwise the stock would be much lower than it currently is.  however i still shake my head ...more

important to note that the last paragraph of the release says the anticipated payout is in a range but that payout is only if there is no breakage fees for the contracts which are huge and that means ...more

pretty obvious if  you read the news release... distribution has gone down from intital estimates of $2.50to$2.75  to revised estimates of $1.95 to $2.25.

I have to agree with you. Almost 4 weeks since they put out NR stating a deal was likely within 2 weeks. The longer it takes, the less likely a deal is going to happen anytime soon. I'll give it ...more
