It's not exact math, but if you take the value of company minus any outstanding debt and then divide by amount of shares outstanding, youll get an idea of a per share price. its not a ...more

If buyout or merger pending, and with an outstanding share count of 51,000,000 a buyout of 0.10 per share would be a company value of 5.1 million.. If 0.50 a share then 25,500,000, if 1.00 then 51,000 ...more

Release the not-so-impressive earnings report first. Then in a few days, release some good contracts (hopefully). Are we going up to $0.3 or back to $0.1?
