SP of IMCC and MYM moving down in tandem which, IMO, mean the SP of IMCC is irrelevant to the closing of this deal. Meeting set for July 5 after the end of Q2 for IMCC, so we won't get any ...more

Technically speaking, its not a merger as MYM will be a subsidiary of IM Cannabis if the deal goes ahead, which is less likely now that their share prices has dropped more than 60% of its one year ...more
