So this is basically a trading shell on the pinks? I think the reason the company has nothing is cause they never really owned anything. I think all they had were options to acquire the gold ...more

Update

I think that John Ryan should come forward and explain what happened to Premium Exploration. They had great properties with very good drill results and the next thing you know....Poof!!
