Plus 5 cents on pro rata basis of allocation of share in spinoff company 'Spinco' re their interest in VLC. So yep $2.90 cash plus 5 cents it is!

As far as I know, the takeover price is 2.90, not 2.95 That's 0.7% above today's closing price.

I spoke to a rep.from Royal Bank Action Direct today and he said each share of Atlantic will be purchased for 2.95 when the transaction is complete sometime in late July. I cant imagine the share ...more
