Yes i have a few FTN.pr.a , decent yield  of 7.87% here with the Preferreds trading at about 9.53 The termination datee of the fund is 2.5 years away tho, so a lot longer to wait for the capital ...more

FFN prefs vs FTN prefs

Hey mouserman, Do you like FFN prefs much better than FTN prefs?  FTN has a slightly lower yield and redemption date is a year longer, but overall these are almost as good as FFN prefs?  ...more

FFN preferreds starting to get some legs.

I do believe will be a steady climb up to near the 10$ level, which is where holders can redeem those shares for the 10$ value in DEC 2024.

Was kind of suprised to see the jump even tho its not a big amount. I guess maybe some were thinking the commons would jump back up and those who bought units would sell the preferreds to buy more ...more
