It would be appreciated if someone could explain this news today. I see the stock price went down...but from what I'm reading here we (or some people)  are getting a 39 % stock increase ...more

Correct.  Only the minority shareholders were eligible to tender.  I'm not sure what you find odd about that particular number of shares being tendered.  What exactly do you think ...more

Astutein, I am not sure if I will buy more or not as I even after 39% of my shares get purchased I still have a really large position.  I will probably wait and see what their next earnings ...more

Sam I think by ourchasing shares back at $ 1.61 approx it is a goog move.   100% of richardson wealth is good investment now and provides little risk.  The new entity in next six months will ...more

Sam - I too are happy with the39 % for my shares.  Some individuals who purchased shares after the announcement of 2.42 purchased the shares of  trying to be smart bt purchases shares at $ 1 ...more

Aren't only the minority shareholders i.e the 16,528,926 eligible to tender?  The rest of the people are conflicted from participating in the SIB.  So I am scratching my head why there ...more
