Took 5 minutes but started tading. And within 1.25% of the offer valuing the CVR at zero, which to me is essentially what its worth not being tradeable. Take the money and run.

Basically means if their purchase meets or beats the financial target they've set , you get extra cents. If this purchse fails to do well for them, you get nothing,
