Bloomberg states the 2012 exit numbers. (29000boe/d). Average for 2012 is 22000boe/d. Agree with you that based on this sale of CLT the value of the new company(Long Run) is around $24. This is

another interesting take...
WFE and GO shareholders agree to merge, another firm takes out the new corp for 8 or 9 a share. Could be bigger plot when the smoke clears. Only an opinion but its improbable, but possible.
