The mine is situated within the municipalities of Bayog in Zamboanga del Sur and Diplahan and Kabasalan in Zamboanga Sibugay, Mindanao, Philippines.

Just hit me that the .083 per share is in usd , and therefore in canadian dollars it works out to .12 per share. Even using a low $ 70.00 usd per ounce in the ground it would work out to .054 usd per

If Villar provides the money, it's going to be as a loan to TVI, as he's shown he's already willing to do through his proxies. Without an income stream, I hardly think TVI would use that
