Keep in mind it has already dropped about 35% from when I was saying to dump it. lol. So it can happen and fast. Just my opinion. .

life... There might be something here. The biggest drag I see is the 16 mill recent financing a couple months ago at .90 cents for integra. Hard to see how that paper doesn't act like a magnet to ...more

Fully funded to construction decision, let me correct myself Delamar CapEx is around $350M but both projects have an NPV of $1B+
