Shares down today could be either a seller from the private placement completed 4 months ago or USC had some resignations that may worry some people. JMHO

UP 5 cts, down 6 cts, up 4 cts, down 5 cts etc.

Why is is, that the stockprice goes up for 5 cents, then goes down for 6 cents, then goes up for 4 cents, then goes down for 5 cents? Are they manipulating this? When you do this over a long period ...more
