The high rate debentures are merely a result of the overall oil market risk you are taking on here.  Asking investors to buy into oil related junior without some signiifcant premium is ridiculous ...more

BAD builds their own units.  Cost half of what LSI pays for a truck.  With a purchase or takeover, BAD could have a veritable monopoly - if their heart so desired.

And very little volume on the sells.  Be very hard to accumulate enough shares on the oen market to make a hostile takeover doable.  Although, I certainly wouldn't mind if they tried ...more

When you are nearing $30/barrel, you near a bottom IMO.  The selling now is just speculators dmping on the China panic.  The rationale money is not shorting crude anymore.   No doubt ...more

I think oil has more upside reward than downside risk right here.  A stock like this will turn around very quickly on higher oil prices.
