The company should release Q3 earnings and update us on the halt status at that time. Bids/asks are irrelevant now, eventually that halt will be lifted. I suspect the loan is being revised to satisfy ...more

There is a binding agreement for the loan with terms we are not aware of. The NR states that the TSXV needs to give approval. Does the TSXV need to validate the financial strength of the lender? I ...more

Likely explanation for this delay. Eight weeks to provide clarification for a loan and for CIRO to be satisfied is deplorable.
