This is a Nigerian government backed pilot project, if successful I would expect large follow up orders. Since they are using already proven Questor technology, I suspect the pilot will be successful ...more

On above average volume on a very slow trading day. News must be coming out soon. I think Audrey and others are taking this private before large overseas contracts are announced.
