Yes chantrell raised it, but obviously they want Azx badly, so I still dont understand why mgmt would accept that?!  It appears that mgmt is playing favorites.

I agree, their 1st offer was garbage and so is this. The only good thing about Chantrell/O3/Osisko is that they got AZX in play..

It isn't 7c a share.. It's their calculation of 7c a share and assumes O3 shares open at $3.88 or some like number which no one really knows. We need AEM to match with 7c + CASH..
