Yes Quadravest used a later date for LFE (JULY 16th) , and that gave them the UNIT NAV above 15$ that triggers a payment to Common shares for the month of JULY. They have done that as well with DFN on ...more

So we saw a pullback towards the last part of the day, and the net result was the Commons having a value of about $4.87 after distributions are paid out. LFE needs to gain about 13 or 14 ...more

My spreadsheet shows a gain of 6 cents since the update July 15th.. after distributions the commons are worth about $4.92 ... still over 2 weeks until the midmonth calculation date & ...more

LFE unit nav in realtime @ $15.02 before dist.

Big bounce back this week for LFE, and after distribuitons the commons would have a value of $4.85 as distributions will be 17 cents or so ..

With the lifecos reporting Q2 results next month and if the numbers are good perhaps the needed capital gain will be attained. Hope so!

So LFE moving back closer to 15$ level, before distributions are factored in... however the 17 cents they need to pay out , means they need capital gains well above 15$ to pay distributions again next ...more

Aftre 17 cents of dsitributions to be paid this month, LFE COMMONS have a value of about $4.70 Actually trading very close to to its value with the last trade at $4.77

Last i looked it was down about 23 cents from July 16.... but i will do the full update after the close. Really LFE could get back above 15$ by mid AUGUST but would need to gain 40 cents or so ...more
