Anyone know of analyst targets? Globeinvestor.com shows a consensus target of $3.06 and a forward P/E of 6.47x

FYI, ask Street about renew rate via email. here is answer. We don’t disclose exact renewal numbers but we have disclosed that we are targeting a 75%-80% capture rate of renewals and that, so far ...more

Are We Over the Hump?

Rollovers

Remember for the past 5 years the only people that the mortgage holder was in contact with was Street. Therefore in most cases they will renew their mortgage with them.

Renewals may be open to go to other brokers not doubt... CXS no different than other brokers...except the chances are more favourable that one would just simply renew as a rollover...can't ...more
