according to managment presentation, 800 dollar gold give you 52 million a year cashflow after tax. At 850 55 million. Or 33.5 cents share, 35.5 cents share respectively.5 times 33.5 gives you $1.67

Agreed, but I'd rather they stick to their current knitting, and keep their powder dry in case they need to fund their own way through a brief period of low gold prices. Again gold < $700

While it's a legitimate concern to be using such cheap shares to buy a mine or whole company now, keep in mind the other side of the equation. Anything they buy now is also very cheap
