I think that the team has provided enough transparency that every major already has done the equivalent of an MRE for themselves. I expect Barrick to counter within a few days, maybe Newmont too

I'm sure the general sentiment on this deal by shareholders is to vote NO, I know thats what i'm doing. Management holds I believe only 4% of the outstanding shares and they need 66.66
