Tomorrow after the closing bell.  Lets hope the sector is not stuck in another downtrend, because if REITS continue upward momentum and strong Q2 WE can very well be at $15+++!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ...more

Held this above water today. With the way REITs cratered 2% this would have been down 4%.   Avery and team better make SHORTS BURN TOMORROW.

$13.XX is pennies away then some solid Q2 with strategy to improve unit price $14-15 rally.  After that, all bets are off if the fed continues hawkish hikes
