the reason they are doing the SIB is they would exhaust the NCIB before they are able to renew again in April. they will resume NCIB after SIB. Historically shares decline after an SIB so its a good

I put some shares in at $12.90. There is a bit of arbitrage there with the current share price. Could buy back more shares if the timing works out.
