And they can sell assets for 500/sq foot, why is DRM not buying hand over fist.  easy 15-20% gain  from these levels? i mean, its good they did start buying, but probably only to fend off ...more

Perhaps the most undervalued REIT in the Canadian REIT space, especially considering the location and quality of the assets. I would not want to be short.
