How much do you think their interest costs will rise?  Just throwing out say a 2% boost in the $272 million due in 2024 only boosts annual interest by about $5 million, or $1.25MM per quarter .. ...more

Yes it does, but their payout ratio is very conservative at less than 50% which is why I stated they have a custion in place. If the ratio was near or over 100% I would agree that a cut would seem ...more
