I too was surprised that there was not more of reaction to the UK sale.  One analyst indicated that they will review their price target.   All the REITS seem to be in the penalty box ...more

That UK sale and the analyst even suggesting it was a  positive for dividend sustainment/AFFO as well as validating NAV, we have trouble getting above $5? I thought might get to 5.50-6 post ...more

Was the deleveraging good enough?

Or should they go further.  Doesn't seem like they would have trouble selling most items and can likely fetch better prices now that rates are coming down

COULD HAVE BEEN BETTER

We outperformed other CAD  reits by 1-2%....I was hoping for 5%+.....we legitimately lost 10% on day UK jv failed, now  they reversed it with a  full out sale, and market yawned
