I have seen this same thing right at or near the end of trading ;; never see it with other reits  markets crashing today all stuff down sverely

More a case of volume or lack of it than manipulation. As stated previouly, this is tightly held. Available shares are scare so the price range is larger than if it were heavily traded.

Very very Highly manipulated  was trading today as high as 13.87  on 14000  shares and bang right about 5 minutes from closing drops to 13.38   and then closes at  13.89

This is a low volume equity. remember if someone needs (margin call, other investment) to sell any kind of significant numbers we see a unit price drop temporaily.
