Last numbers I saw had Birch Hill ownership of TWM at 22.3%. Most of those shares came from Altagas and they paid $1.45 for them so substantially down on this holding. BH have 2 directors on the Board ...more

All this chatter about them losing money . They lost money on paper because the Canola they bought at a fixed price is now about half that price. They still sell renewable diesel to TWM at a good ...more

Also interest savings + dividend savings ~ lost cashflow from asset sale. But I hope the bigger reason is to merge with LCFS ie own it 100% in which case paying dividends makes the exchange weaker  ...more
