Can someone provide a useful reason as to why a company with 40 cent offer on the table is trading at 26 cents (more than 14 cents discount)?This is highly unusual............

Until they sit down with Local Union and discuss with them the issues of who, the underfunded pension details, the new contract, the new mill loans etc. they are not telling anyone who or what . All ...more

I have never seen a deal with an an "unknown bidder" ever follow through, these types of deals are easy to draft but someone made money here, until more information is known its tough to pay ...more
