How much do you think their interest costs will rise? Just throwing out say a 2% boost in the $272 million due in 2024 only boosts annual interest by about $5 million, or $1.25MM per quarter ..

Yes it does, but their payout ratio is very conservative at less than 50% which is why I stated they have a custion in place. If the ratio was near or over 100% I would agree that a cut would seem

They will announce every distribution until it is cut. The numbers in the last report were declining, and with debt scheduled to be renegotiated at higher interest rates, that is a major concern
