The SEDI filing is incorrect. Beleave was not even trading on April 20th. You can check their disclosures to confirm.

it can heppen lets say, if you 100k shares and u put 20k shares at .02 and forgot about that order, so if he tries to place all 100k to sell it will trigger that message untill the other order is ...more
