The Rail Property is in the Flin Flon-Snow Lake district of western Manitoba, approximately 700 km north-northwest of the City of Winnipeg. Bur Zone Project is located approximately 145 km east-northeast of Flin Flon, Manitoba. Talbot Deposit is hosted in Paleoproterozoic rocks of the Trans-Hudson Orogen (THO).

Okay so RCLF has 323.486,000 shares out , So these shares that Greenstone and Olive Resources owns are not included in that figure. Is that right.

So Greenstone Resources LP own 132,580,000 41% of the shares of RCLF and Olive Resources own 82,925,238 25.6% of RCLF's shares So thats 215,505.238 shares of the 307 Shares

The only way they could raise money is using the FT units as a tax savings for those who need it. Not happy about dilution but better then a share consolidation(rollback).
