I don't recall a HALT last time they did a secondary offering. This in my view is much bigger. It takes time to write that cheque when you have that many ZERO's. I feel this halt is all good ...more

I would think if there was such a stock sale it would occur at higher prices for PDL thank where we are...like closer to 52 week highs than where we are now...who knows....
