My bet is the $25 mill is paid with a fast court date. CUS has generated lots of cash in the past and the big drains are finished. Banks can be paid off and the converts either converted or paid off ...more

almost out of the woods..i am not an accountant  but it seems that to service the debt alone is somewhere in the 40 to 50 million a year.....then you have 25 millions for maintenance and you show ...more
