Another Point about this reit  like all dogged reits ...    people will be rather to sell this all the way up...,  very common with dogs .....     Investors are so glad ...more

AFFO improvement is the catch

If they actually bring AFFO from 0.09 current to 0.15 with the payment of high debt, artis has 0.13 AFFO and trades at $6.60.  So easily can gain almost $2 applying same multiple. NWH asssets> ...more

Basically, I have a pot of money to allocate across REITs - all office or quasi-office actually - so any previous sales of NWH have been reinvested into Dream Office, Allied and Artis.  All 3 ...more

NOT SPECIFIC TO NWH

I've observed with virtually every reit I own that they will not break out of trading range no matter what happens company specific. Fcr and pmz had head fakes then roll over.  Nasty reiits ...more

I also believe investors have long given up on this one…

 Many investors probably sold near the bottom as usual... not many following the story anymore.    Earnings call should be interesting!!!  And looking for only positive news ...more

SEEMS LIKE A STRONG BUY IMO

If dividend is safe, no more rate renewals putting pressure on AFFO, and tailwinds with some rate cuts, looks like this is the time to buy.

Remember this tanked cause the JV investor that was going to put up like 300m or whatever to JV the U K portfolio made this REIT dive like 10%+ Now they effectively just sold the  whole dam ...more
