Give us the $400 million in cash and I am happy. Of course , there could be riders such that any future development must allocate Questerre a 2.5% over riding royalty. Our team ain't stupid..

I should have added that only 16% of the total mapped TPIIP in the Upper Utica was considered Contingent Resources. This was because the test drills were very widely spaced over such a wide area ...more
