Failure-to-file cease trade order
So the only option for CLAS now is selliing a sub-license to a pharma company. There is slim to no chance they will raise more capital from share holders. Failure to file

If it was about that, the IIROC notice would have said halted "pending news" - but it is a cease trade order - likely because Claritas didn't complete their financial reporting

Perhaps results from the clinical trials that have been underway. If it's good news, you'd wish you bought more shares If it's bad news, that will keep a few people busy here.
