The buyer needs to raise sufficient capital to close the deal.  Once they do that, it will close within a week and that could be anytime from a week from today to later.  FIRA won't ...more

The purchaser did their initial PP back in Oct and raised it by around $350 million Yuan , in April  - at this point the logic of raising it would clearly be only based on having the first $1.95 ...more
