Armtec is smoke and mirrors and always was. All their products are made close to a project and cheaper and better in the US also when it comes to major us infrastructure projects -- they are shrouded

True but if Armtec and BAM talk enough nonsense they can spook the market, drive down the price of the debentures and the senior notes and pick them up cheap for cancellation.
