I put my money where my mouth is and just sold a tiny position of my NVIDIA stock at an all time high and purchased 600x shares of BCE at $38.33 in my RRSP and will hold this and clip the tax free ...more

You can sell today, get your loss and buy back before the dividend record date in Dec - still get the divvy and avoid the 30 day superffcial loss time i think
