Heritage Global seems to be a going concern, even made an acquisition a week or so ago.  I don't know much about the company except that it is an ongoing company that has been around for some ...more

Thanks gibbons, I didnt know anything about the spin off until yesterday I noticed the Heritage share  they aretradine aroung .30 no so I was thinking the same way   G .

I received just over 4k Heritage shares and sold the lot over the following couple of weeks. Don't know if that was the smartest thing to do but I bought more CXS with the proceeds very close to ...more

low volume a good sign.

people not exactly scrambling to get out but its been good for those wanting a few cheap shares. I've been unable to pick up anything sizable.

pierced through its SAR so....

Id put money on this as a bottom. If we look at its weekly the last few attempts did not brake up.....May 28th did and it just put in a perfect hammer May 19th. A lot of bullish indicators showing ...more

You are probably correct and I'm thinking the harder the gov makes it to qualify for a mortgage the more more appeal CXS will have.

There is some truth in your statement. CXS is very much over sold and makes a compelling buy. The real estate market remains robust and low interest rates are here for a long while yet. 2014 should ...more
