The immediate $36m in value is derived from the deal price; they got paid $18m in cash for half, and they still own half (which is also worth $18m now), this the deal is immedaitly worth $36m. Longer ...more

Except for the Mississippian, the US side is NG and NGL, the company will not be getting the best value for those assets at the bottom of the cycle. Regards, Nawar
