If and when BTR goes to $0.55 , You would get $ 0.88 for your MTO . To me that is pretty good deal. If the 43 101 comes out before deal closes the deal could get much better.???

The one to own right now is MTO. You get 1.6039 of BTR no matter what happens, The deal just has to close. Buy more MTO as it goes lower and BTR goes higher.

Gotta admit I am a fan of this merger, these 2 companies are a great fit. KL is a big shareholder and have the expertise to make this grow, lots of blue sky ahead.
