If reit sector creeps up 3% by Q2 earnings in August, outperformers will be rewarded with additional 5-105 upside. $14-5 range by then, then will likely FLOP again

Man they built this REIT with the best in class principles and balance sheet and its trading the lowest by a wide multiple. Q2 better light a fire back to $15+
