They already they articulated their forecasting showed a 0.09 AFFO which is how they justified the dividend cut.  Their rents and NOI likely doesnt change quarter to quarer. I dont see how their ...more

Historically, NWH.UN has released results on August 11th. For 2024, August 11th falls on a Sunday, so my guess is the 9th or the 12th before markets open. INMO if they are “good” it ...more

Really need a comittee to sell a few non core assets and public securities to free up what a couple hundred M  ....seems like routine "capital recycling" that most REITS do. Wouldnt be ...more

Is simple, this has both defensive pick (recession proof) elements, as well as tailwinds from rates coming down i believe will end up being an outperformer, at least on YTD basis..

Big purchase yesterday, enough to see these 6.25 debs trading at 87, good sign and IMO strength of debt securities begets strength in unit price..

I sold my huge postion at 13 dollars a few years ago and then bought a a ton at 4 dollars.  What do you think I should do Canadian guy?
