Just sell your VII and buy POU ASAP, and move on from this disaster. Join us over at the POU board and make a killing with serious torque. Who needs the stress, POU is the better option.

They could of waited to release q4. and could of waited for the reserve report so everything was on the table at the same time. The are going to try to close this deal before Q1 numbers come out. ...more

Tog announced their deal with wcp on December 8 at 45$ WTI. CPP vending shares of ToG into WCP. Tog share price was at $2.60 The deal is days alway from closing. Oil has run the entire time. TOG is ...more

I think that there us a total of 59 percent of shares owned by large holders. I can see a sliver of hope that they may balk at this. Remember ARC and Kern nailed quietly in 2017/18. I cant see a lot ...more

Maybe Management could just do this...

Pay the same dividend as ARC . 24 cents a share, 85 million a year? Reduce debt by 800 million this year. What would that do to the stock. Why do they need to dilute the company with an inferior ...more

This is criminal and CPP is playing with tax payers money. No Q4 report, No Reserves report, they are withholding information that they know about from share holders. IMHO
